Job Description

TQR Hospitality is recruiting on behalf of a luxury hotel in the beautiful coastal town of Sidmouth. We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join this established and professional kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pastry chef who enjoys working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and takes pride in delivering exceptional desserts, pastries, and baked goods to a high standard.

The Role:

· Take responsibility for the pastry section within a quality-led kitchen

· Prepare and present desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea items

· Work closely with the Head Chef and wider brigade

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

· Contribute creatively to menu development where appropriate

To Apply:

· Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP ready to step up

· Some knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques

· Experience working with fresh ingredients in a professional kitchen

· Strong attention to detail and presentation

· A positive, team-focused attitude

Requirements:

· At least 6 months experience working in Pastry

· Ability to reliably commute to Sidmouth, Devon, or relocate prior to starting

· Right to work in the United Kingdom

· Provide references from previous employers
